We had great time in Rome during our 4 days in the hotel. The recepionist from Philipines was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a great deal compared to what other options you have if you want to stay in Rome without spanding too much money. For us it was perfect- not luxury, but good enough. Most of the time we were out... Thanks to the guy from Philipines once again!we would love to go there again!
The only disadvantage was that there were only Italian channels on the TV.

Good location, clean room, nice stuff, a bit better breakfast than in an average B&B hotel. Generally it was on a good price/value rate.
Our room seemed to be a bit unfinished: no lighting (I mean not only missing bulb but missing lamp) no shower curtain and no central plughole (but there is a tiled hole in the place of it) in the bathroom, so after having a shower the whole bathroom was full of water and there was a nice puddle in the middle of the bathroom. (This room was in the attic level, I guess the others are better). The stairs are narrow and there is no elevator (which was OK as we had only 2 average rucksacks but with bigger suitcases???).

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was situated near a metro station and within walking distance of the Colosseum and the center of the city. The hotel was also clean and had great facilities, including private bathrooms for each room and a small communal space where Daniele, one of the concierges, would cook us an authentic Italian pasta meal and even play music for us. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, even recommending local restaurants to us.
Nothing not too like.

The hotel is so near to public transport (bus, tram and metro) and a supermarket. Actually they are all just around the corner from the hotel. The room was cleaned during our 1 week stay. There was a supply of fresh towel and linen daily. Continental breakfast was served in the room. The hotel staff was excellent! By the way, Hotel Ginevra is also about 15 walk from the Termini. Highly recommended!
The bathroom was quite small, although it was very, very clean!

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. the location is fantastic, with two subway stations just minutes away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Finally, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with a balcony and bathroom tiles that made the space feel clean and modern. this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were perfect.

Hotel very close to metro station (manzini). In a quiet street. The room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. When we arrived they were waiting for us with a city map with all the main sights highlited, the wifi password in a post it and and big smile! I have to say very thanks to Francesca!
The bathroom was tiny. The room size was huge in comparison to the bathroom, but still did the job. Sometimes was hard to get the correct temperature in the shower, but it was ok. The breakfast could be more sustancious.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect. It was conveniently close to both a subway station and a railway station, making it easy to navigate the city. Additionally, there was a large supermarket just across the street, which was very convenient for any supplies I needed. The second positive aspect was the staff. They were friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed during my stay. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room. It was very clean and pleasant, with tiles in the bathroom and even a balcony. Lastly, the breakfast offered was a nice touch. It provided a good start to the day with a variety of options to choose from.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

- the staff are very friendly and ready to help (the receptionist found out for me how to get easily to Siena from Rome [even suggested several variants!!!]); - room service is fine; - air-conditioner (!!!) in the room is a great help; - room is rather spacious;
- breakfast is Ok, but the same every day (anyway it was not a problem);

Hotel gives what you pay for the night. It is really a fair hotel with friendly staff. We had no problem at all.

The hostel is conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The anti-mosquito care was reassuring. The breakfast is simple but filling.
The shower pressure was poor and we didn't always have hot water. There were no lockers in the room and no keys for the door.
